Last Thursday, James Karundu hosted a free talk titled ‘How to Succeed in the Service Industry: What every service provider must know and do to attract and keep loyal high paying clients ’. The talk was held at Kasuku Centre, Kileleshwa.

James Karundu, Founder of PassionBiz Academy, spoke about the costly mistakes service providers usually make. He cited lack of a clear brand or positioning to be one of these mistakes. ‘People wrongly work with everybody,’ said James.

James said that many service providers do not know the true value of what it is they are offering to their clients. The participants were advised to be confident with what they offer. “Connect the dots and stand in your value,” said James. James provided the participants with a road map for success in the service industry which we will write about in a blog post soon.
