James Karundu today hosted a free talk titled ‘How to Succeed in the Service Industry: What every service provider must know and do to attract and keep loyal high paying clients ’. The talk was held at Kasuku Centre, Kileleshwa.

James Karundu, Founder of PassionBiz Academy, spoke about the costly mistakes service providers usually make. He cited lack of a clear brand or positioning to be one of these mistakes. ‘Become a specialist and not a generalist,’ said James.

The participants were advised to be confident, target ideal clients and make offers regularly. James provided the participants with a road map for success in the service industry which we will detail in future blog posts.
